I know what you mean, lived with a girl in college who avoided Hygene like the plague. Her plates were not pretty. Id imagine licking those toes would be like licking the head of that square battery you used to do with your brother when you were small. At first you would laugh and tell him you couldnt feel anything. The second time you would a savage belt through it and you would talk funny for an hour. Nasty.
