Distance learning grants

Am i right in saying there are no grants available to help pay for distance learning? I've been through OASIS and other sites and that seems to be the way as far as I can tell. Want to do an OU dip in music but costs of nearly €7000 kind of rule it out for me!

Tax relief on fees is about all there is.
