Best time to play online?

My sleeping pattern has been a bit strange recently, and I've found myself playing a lot of cash online, 3/6 and 5/10 between 3am-7am. I have found the action a lot softer..

I've heard from a couple of players who get up at 5.30/6am to hit the tables for a few hours. Does anyone here do this? If so how does it work out in terms of your sleeping pattern etc etc..

I find the softest times are from about 1am onwards, I will often play to 4am then hit the hay as I am up for work at 7.30am. I dont need a whole lot of sleep but I often have a nap when I get home from work ar about 7pm for an hour after dinner I find this keeps me sharp. I was allways a late nighter but poker has really taken that to an extreme.

Tribeca is very very soft between 10am and 4pm every weekday at .5/1. Dunno about other levels though.

I find 1 till 5 or 6 in the morning are good time to play tourneys on PPP . Not as many runners and it can be quiet soft sometimes .

I wish I could be like you folk who can get by on such little sleep - if I don't get my full 8 hours a night, I'm at 80% or less for the entire next day.

I've always found the tables becoming softer as the night goes on. Though some of that might be a little subjective, maybe I'm improving my play as I go along each evening?

I play worse as the night goes on, but the games get softer just fast enough to keep up with me.

I find that I play better on the weekend mornings (unless I have a massive hangover, which is likely) as I work 9-5 and find I am far more awake at that time of the day, old age and routine etc. Yesterday morning around 10.30 was playing ppp and there was a €27 buy in tourney with €3500 guaranteed only 72 runners which meant that each player would have to buy back 1.8 times to fill the €3500 seemed excellent value for money.
