    I put on some weight in the past 3 months... Wasnt to worried as our Rugby session was starting last week. But i am after injuring my hand and wont be trainin for the summer. Basicly what i want to do is lose about 2 stone.....Thats how much i put on... First start anyway in i have cut out Junk food... What should i be eating.. What should i be doing exercise wise.... Will it be that hard to lose 2 stone?

    what you should do is take advantage of your time off due to injury and carb up. Get as much calories into as possible so when you get back to training you are full of energy. To this point i would include lots of beer and crips basically anything with lots of empty calories will be the best. Then try and do as little exercise as possible so you don't waste any of this excess energy.

    sorry about that, that was just the bitter leinster supporter in me wanting you to get fat. anyway post up your new diet and we will have a look at it.
    Also how good is the leg weight machines in your gym. As you are going to have to do some cardio, especially some pre breekie LIT but you should at least try and do some legs weights at the same time Usually i'd try and stay away from leg weight machines as much as possible but as your hand probably wouldn't be able to support the free weights needed machines are probably your best bet
