New gun time

Should get a new gun later today if i play a round or 2.


What to get? Can anything better the G3????

Options are:

P90 Noob tubers
L85A1 Medic
Dao 12 Nubers
G36e Medic
Mg36
PKm Support

Next gun I'll be goin for will be P90, but the L85A1 is deadly, really really deadly.

hmm personally i think the G3's overrated but thats just me, maybe its cause i dont play assault as much.

For me I'd go for the DAO12, PKM or G36E first, but maybe i'm just crazy.

Get the G36e without a doubt. You'll end up playing the medic class the whole time with it. The Dao 12 is also decent enough and if I pick the AT class I always play with this gun.

I assume it was the GFF server you were on. There are a number of boards.ie members that play but they wouldn't be regular posters here(like me). I only post here if I've something worth saying(which isn't that often:D ).

G36E, my Kd ratio as medic was disgusting until i picked that up. Dao-12 is possibly one of the best up close and personal guns, is only downfall is the reload and range.

Yeah but the Dao12 has like 12 rounds or so doesnt it, enough to take out 4 people before reloading

I like the P90. It's great for up and close stuff. Forget about it long distance though, use your bazooka for that.

Finally managed to get my AT vetern page last night, thanks to the P90.
Just wish AT class had nades, everyone else does so why not AT!

AT is prob the weakest class, you can't run far, no long range weaponary (against infantry) and no grenades.

Both the pistol and the bazooka work for long range against infantry.

agreed, the pistol is a VERY effective weapon.

Yea but the bazooka leaves u exposed. You have to remain in view of target to guide missile home in stead of just firing and ducking.

i have 1 unlock that i never used. might go with this G36E medic rifle and give the medic class a go seeing as i never really have played that class at all.

Excellent gun, except for close range as mentioned. The combination of good rifle and self-healing for some nasty killing potential.

spear reminded me, G36E is woefully inadequate up close, burst fire is great for long-medium range, but brutal up close.

gah! i cant unlock the g36e for the medic, only gun i can unlock for them is the L85A1. Do i have to unlock this first?

yeah, ponster got me them unlocks by signing in with my account. have the fn2000 and the g36 support weapon already.

The F2000 didn't impress me at all. The full auto shottys are always entertaining though. My best unlock is still my G3.

the P90 is pretty sweet.
its definetly worth getting for the non-urban levels to save you wasting your rockets on infantry

This thread is kinda pointless im never gonna stop using the g3. Its too damn good but like yorkies its not for girls.
