Problem with Network printer

There was a printer paper jam on a Kyocera Mita network laser printer on Friday in my workplace which I successfully cleared. It took a while however because there was a number of traces of paper torn in peices stuck in between th rollers. The only problem now is that every time someone prints a document from any application it contains a black wavy streak printed on the top of the page. Could this be a problem with the drum and if so is it easy to fix? The toner cartridge was only replaced 3 weeks ago so I don't think it could be a problem with that.

Unless you damaged the cartriage trying to pull bits out or maybe theres still some stuck.

Have you tried removing the toner slot completly and wipe with a damp cloth?

Also try using its own built in program to clean itself and re-align.
