    hi guys quick question.

im female, 21, 5feet 8", and weigh approx 10 stone (this morning!!!).
im not a big dieter and my BMI is healthy, however my weight often goes from 9 and a half stone to over ten stone. i walk daily(job) counted 5000 steps on pedometer on an average day.

im not a big eater sometimes might have breakfast very rarely may have banana/plum.

    1pm might have sandwich/crisps.

    6pm eggs/bread/salad
or curry chip every once in a while.

i rarely snack on foods or eat more than two/three times a day as i rarely am hungry/eat big meals. i dont drink alcohol regularly/water either. i dont like chocolate etc.. and never actually feel starving i remind myself to eat when i see others eat as somtimes i simply just for get.

any how i wanted to tone up a bit as four months ago i weighed under nine stone, so i try'd thermoslimmers however felt dizzy and sick so stopped taking them. i now do sit ups and dance for bout hour daily as i enjoy it and jog for bout 20 minutes. have been doing this for 2weeks so far and have gained a half a stone is this normal?

being honest id like to be nine stone again but see so many different views on weight loss i dont no if im eating enough/excercising enough etc... id like to be toned but being healthy is more important for me.. som people say i look boney/un healthy. is ten stone healthy for my age/height do ye think? i dont want to become obessed about my weight/how i look..

    any info/suggestions appreciated.

    Firstly your diet $ux!
By skipping breakfast your missing out on the most important meal of the day!

You might have crisps and/or sandwich? Again not good.

6pm -Curry chips, bread? Not good either.

Not drinking at least 6 cups of water a day? Also V bad!
    I would suggest:

    8am - Breakfast - Porridge or Muesli/weetabix etc.

10am Mid Morning: Banana, apple or yogurt.

1pm: Lunch Chicken or tuna on wholemeal bread w/low-fat Crisps

    Mid Afternoon - Apple

6pm Dinner - Skinless Chicken breasts with side salad, maybe some baby potatoes with the salad.

Drink plenty of water and green tea during the day.

You have to keep your metabolism going, by skipping meals your body will gear itself to storing fat more when it actually does get food.

Also to tone up, i recommend joining a gym and getting a good program.

also make sure to weigh yourself first thing in the morning after a loo break. Cause your weight will very depending on how much you have eaten and how much fluid you have drunk if you do it just weigh yourself at random times.
But as Dub said your diet sucks.

Do eat three meals a day,

Do drink at least 2 litres of water,

I'm taking thermoslimmers at the moment, but I'm taking them strictly, phase two - carb blocker 15 mins before a starchy meal.

Phase one, the metabolism booster, 1 - 2 capsules one hour after breakfast & lunch. NONE after dinner, this is vitally important, cos it can keep u awake at night. It CAN not be taken on empty stomach, eating a balanced diet is essential. I read that someone was expereincing headaches and dizzyness, the dosage should be halved and water intake increased in that case.

I have had fantastic results with them, losing around 3lbs of pure nasty fat on a weekly basis, while also gaining about 1 - 2 lbs of muscle. and my BMI has dropped 2% in the first two weeks of using them.

Tablets alone arent going to get you in shape, I'm attacking this from all sides. i burn off at least 800 calories nearly every day through working out. I have also starting drinking home made fruit smoothies.

I have tried everything out there, private dieticians, motivation weight loss clinics. thermoslimmers has been the first thing that seems to be working for me without breaking my back, tho don't get me wrong, i am working hard.

my weight on the scales hasnt changed hugely but when i use the electric weigh scales in the pharmacy where it breaks down muscle and fat. my muscle is going up, my fat is going down, my clothes are looser, and loads of ppl have commented on how iv lost weight.

If anyone has queations I'll answer if I can. I'm not an expert!

just someone who's tried it all.

If your working that hard why do you need to be taking all that crap then? Seems like a waste of money on a placebo.

i used to work out the same amount before and nothing was happening. its because im taking those tablets that its working now.

i had thyroid problems, which wasnt caught in time, the thryroid controls your metabolic rate. basically, my body couldnt break down the food properly and it all got stored as fat. and i couldnt get enough energy from the food. i was always tired.

phase one has increased my metabolic rate, which means i can break down the food better, get more energy from it, and burn it more effectivly. which mean i have the energy to work out as hard as i currently do. and actually see results this time.

and the thermoslimmers work out a hell of alot cheaper than any of the other diets and programmes out there, i've tried weight watchers, that cost a bomb, i tried motivation wieght loss clinic....that was 60 euro a week for a ten minute appointment with a "specialist".

Aye - the change to eating this diet would help a lot. A few things I would add is make breakfast your biggest meal and dinner your smallest. Never go hungry. Many people have good diets Monday to Friday then fail at the weekend. It has to be 7 days a week. When going out for meals choose soups, salads and fish. Avoid pastas and breads unless you want to fuel serious exercise. If you're hungry in the evening eat low fat yoghurts after 8:00.

Go for slow carb + proteins in the morning and proteins and good fats in the evening. An excellent source of good fats would be avocados. Try one with some balsamic vinegar.
