Ive never used nero and I only have the free version. How do I burn in ISO mode using the free vesion or can I use roxio instead or some other burning software.

Just burn them onto disc with Nero Express (you only need to care about ISO modes if you use the Nero Burning ROM advanced interface).

Yes you can use Roxio as well or any package which can write data files to a disc, personally I use CopyToDVD it's fast, light and straight forward to use. Check out out the demo version it works for thirty days just select the data cd/dvd icon drag and drop your files into the window and select write from the action menu, dead simple.

No CopyToDVD makes data storage discs which is what you want.
