grande punto - mp3 player advice

    dunno how may people here will be able to answer this, but here goes anyway...

    as far as i know, the mp3 player comes as standard in england, whereas here in ireland, we have to pay an extra 100 euro for the luxury, or an extra 300 for the interscope system. this also adds 6-8 weeks for delivery time. my question is, is the mp3 player decent enough, and can anyone give an opinion on the interscope system. i don't want to wait 8 weeks, but on the other hand, i don't want to go pulling apart the dashboard of my brand new car.

    So, should i wait, or get it straight away, and add a new blaupunkt headunit to keep the steering controls?
