For starters, you should read the instructions on your whey protein. It'll tell you to consume within 20 minutes of preparation. Otherwise it's degrading and you're not getting the full benefit of it.
I take my powder into work with me in a beaker and mix it and drink it there. The same applies to fruit and veg. If you are preparing them and letting them sit, you are losing all the enzymes that form most of the goodness (think what happens to a banana once you peel it or an apple once bitten into)

also get rid of the cheerios and maybe just have a glass of milk at bed rather then hot chocolate

edit get a fitday.com and put all that info into it as i have a funny feelign you maybe going overkill on the calories for your current size, yes as you get bigger you will have to add more and more calories to your diet, however if you start off iwth too many you will end up jsut putting on fat as well as muscle. There is no reason why you shouldn't try a clean bulk

The weights your are lifting are too light - is it possible you could join a gym?

You will never put on much weight unless you are squatting, benching, deadlifting etc

    Whats your age?
