My local internet cafe is up for sale, I am wondering what kind of investment opportunity it would be, only problem is lots of people have broadband at home, the library offer it free(i think), and even the local snooker hall has internet points.

No where offering gaming nights and stuff though.

I cant imagine it's a good one. I think off all the internet cafes that have come and gone over the years. I struggle to think of many that stay open for more that a year or two. You must ask yourself why this cafe is being sold in the first place, and will there really be enough business in gaming nights?

I would say an internet cafe in a tourist spot is a good idea, otherwise forget it.
