Barred phone?

    Looking at a phone on Ebay and it has thats it barred, barred from what ? Can it be unlocked to irish networks ? Does it mean its stolen, its abuy it now item so assuming its shop type thing.

    Probably barred in he UK, in alot of cases its phones purposely reported stolen for free upgrades and they are blacklisted by the network, but they will still work perfectly in Ireland.

    Great bargins to be had...
