I'm new to this forum so please be paitent:)

Well I'm 19 and have a very fast metobolism, so I'm quiet slim.

I'm very active and walk and Cycle regulary, use to do swimming once a week, and occaisonally lift:D

My diet is fairly well rounded and eat pretty much all the time, if anything to much!!!
I don't drink to much alcohol either, maybe once a fourthnight..

My question is how do I build up and tone up my shoulders and back regions.

Im working on my arms and Abs at the mo, and I see small gains, and I seem to be doing more as I go along. I'm still new to all this, as I'm lazy about the gym. Preferably I would rather work out at home.

So which exercises should I do to build up shoulder and back areas ie upper body? I'm quite a small frame. My height is 6foot three, So I look slimmer than I really am. Even with the amount of food I eat I still not holding any fat...

Now I'm not talking about dedication, I just want a resonable amount of gains. My preference is to stay off all these protein drinks etc. But I eat meat everday and consume a lot of other proteins in my diet.
