Used to take acting and speech classes many moons ago, thats about it. Just wondering can anyone offer any advise on how to get into TV. SHould i enrole in college and get some…

Ive always fancied myself as a bit of a newsreader or something like that.
At the moment i am not in any media related job at all, far from it.
Used to take acting and speech classes many moons ago, thats about it.
Just wondering can anyone offer any advise on how to get into TV. SHould i enrole in college and get some type of degree? Should i just send in some kind of tape. Im sure nothing will ever come of it, but just want to get some feedback if anyone can offer it??
