Be it myself or the people that come to train with me, our first goal is to build up some simple responces to Habitual Acts Of Violence (HAOV). These would be the most used attacks on the person like...
    1. Punch/Slap to the head.
    2. Kick to the groin.
    3. Head-butt.
    etc..etc..
and the many ways they are introduced as attacks.

pma-ire posted the item above, since HAPV [Habitual Acts of Physical Violence-theory] have been mentioned I just wanted to bring your attention to the theory used in Koryu-Uchinadi.

    http://www.koryu-uchinadi.org/KU_HAPV.pdf

This brief article gives some info on the HAPV and two person drills, plus it includes the full list of (initial) HAPV as used in Koryu Uchinadi.

There are more that fall into augmented attacks.

I believe it is interesting that Hanshi McCarthy indicates that Takada
    Nobuhiko
had an important role to play in this development (as mentor).
