    Hey all,

    Does any one know what causes the error in the screeny bellow? If you know please help me.

    It is the error from a client program trying to hit a remote server, through tameserv which is on the same machine as the program server.

    Server machine -> 192.168.1.3 Looking for tnameserv on port 12345
    ** This works
    tnameserv open -> 192.168.1.3 port 12345
    ** Works
    Client on -> another ip told to go to 83.141.84.? (i know the ?)
    83.141.84.? is the wan address for the server.
    The router at this address forwards the port 12345 to 192.168.1.3

    Other: Behind the router clients can connect to the server with out a problem.

    External connections gives the client the screeny

    Could very well be a firewall problem. You using windows firewall or what ?

    nope, the client is returning the ip of the server in the error messege... I assume this means it at least got to the physical server.
    I dont know if it:
    1) hit the tnamserv program
    2) hit the tnameserv & the server program then got f**ked on the return
    3) ..... Gremlins attacked the transmittion in so bewildering way....
