viewing pics on boards

i may be forgetting something but couldnt you post up images with{img} code and view them without clicking on a link? i cant get this to work anymore??

some boards on boards, like after hours for example have img tags turned off.

While we're at it - yes, use it, but please don't overuse it. Please keep in mind that some are stuck on slow connections still. So, if you are posting up a number of pictures don't making them inline (

Nice Tom, but it's annoying that it keeps resizing!

(And some form of captions wouldn't go astray!)

aye its only in its infantcy, give it time, what sort of captions?, the resizing does need to be addressed but that'll take a while

Hmmm... I don't know. Captions that are informative but don't interfere with the photo.... Maybe like Flickr's notes? When you put your mouse over the picture they appear. Maybe make each one come from something?

ah jaysus fajita, i'm not a programmer, tho thats web 2 talk, could be interesting to dabble in. might look into it. think i'll start a thread for tips

lol, i made mine in a few secs with adobe bridge, it generates flash or html templates, you select the pics and bingo is your nameo you got a site
