    From what a gathered... the guests have cancer, and the commentator is laughing because of the guy's voice and feel very uncorfortable about it considering his guests are very sick.

    Not this video again... i didn't find it funny the first time and definantly not the 800th time.

    Crap... just crap!

    PS - it also feels very staged.. anyone else reckon it's from a comedy sketch show or something? The guest would typically punch the living **** outta him or the audience would accuse him of being insensitive.
