My body fat is 12% on the dot. Apparently it should be slightly lower because the technique used was Bioelectrical Impedence which over-predicts the result. I did it at 2pm on a fairly empty stomach, all i had was wheetabix and protein shake 1 hours and half earlier.

I am 80kg and i think he said 76kg is lean muscle. I can't remember, could be higher because i don't have the shet in front of me now. Have to get a photocopy tmro or something.

Strength measured 44 in my left hand and 50 in my right hand. What does this mean? I had to squeeze this thing down as far as i could in my hand. What does this measurement mean exactly?

I am 65% hydrated or somethin and overall 80 something % lean muscle.

Does this sound right? I want to get down to single digits in the body fat %, 10% would be slick. How do i do it!? Do i need to post diet? Will do that later on if so...

    Thanks!

12% is the point at which abs etc become noticeable.

I guess the strenght measurement just means your right handed!

Did you get this done in your gym?

I meant like what is strength measured in as in 44 what?

got it all done in Crunch, Dun Laoghaire. It's new. They only brought it in the other day. Real happy with it now. Finally a benchmark.

I have no idea dude. I was shocked and he kept saying "This doesn't mean your really strong or anything..."

I didn't quite get it myself.
