FTA Card Problem

I bought an FTA card a few months ago on Ebay and it worked fine for viewing Ch4 etc. Didn't use it in a bit and cranked it back up last night and I get a message on Ch4 - Please call for subscription etc. Any ideas why this would happen? Don

The card has missed a keep alive signal. Leave it in the box overnight and all should be ok in the morning. BTW its a free to view card not a free to air card. No such thing as a FTA card
