Mac equivalent of WGET

Dudes, I used to use wget -r to download stuff on a command line previously and haven't had to use it for ages, I don't have ssh access to a box to do it elsewhere so I thought I could do it from a terminal window but no .. So whats the mac equivalent to wget -r ?

curl is pants if you're used to wget
