So here you go folks, Media workout session for UFC 60 followed by some Q and A with the man himself.

Looked like they were working his Sprawl, but this is pretty much just a workout for the camera's , nothing too serious.

Royce seems to be looking at this with a very level head. In his own words "When he makes a mistake, i'll be there to capitilise".

Not sure about you guys, but i'm starting to look forward to this.
