I wanted to do a small radio station and hopefully get it on iTunes as a Podcast. Could I play any song on it? Or is that breaking copyright?

Thanks, Also, is there any way around this?

you break copyright and risk being brought to court if you play unlicensed music on a podcast sadly. if you really want to play music, try doing a shoutcast stream, or getting local talent on your podcast.
