    Hi,

it's the age old story of a girl wanting to lose weight but hates to exercise. I have a good diet and drink gazillions of water so no worries there. Although I hate to exercise I am quite fit in that I go jogging three times a week for around thirty minutes. I'm only wrecked afterwards but I don't lose a pound.

Anyone got any fun or interesting ways of shifting the pounds?

    Let me know!!

Join a gym and take advantage of the classes down there. I see loads of girls doing dancing and all this step excercise stuff down in Crunch. Your best bet is to join and do that. Spinning is an awesome way to lose weight too. I do it.

Generally speaking clases in gyms and martial arts are two very good ways to go, however both will still require a degree of work in order to make any difference.

ok what exactly is in your "good diet", that and is there any sort of sport or activity that would interest you if so go and do that, easiest way to stick at something is by making that something something you like (that and it helps make it seem like it isn't just exercise)

Well I've been vegeterian for around 11 years now, my diet is really varied and I eat way more than the recomended 5 fruit and veg a day, I am a little partial to sweet things but it's once a day after my meal.

I don't really like any sport but I quite like dance so some step/aerobicy/dancey type classes could be good.

    Cheers for the help
