Firstly I appologise because I know this has no doubt been asked before, I tried a search but it doesn't seem to be working at the moment.

Basically, I was going through town last night and I saw a flat with what looked like a tiny sky digital dish (i.e it was the exact same only about 1/4 of the size). Now, I thought that they needed to be a certain size in Ireland to get the signal? Is it possible to get a really small dish like this? and if so where can you get them?

the sky dishs come in two sizes 65cm and 40cm (i think)... nothing smaller would have any hope of getting a picture...

as previous poster said must have been some type of wireless/mmds thing...

Lidl are selling little camping dishes; I was wondering myself (a) if it would be worth getting one and using it at home, and (b) what kind of sad person takes the telly camping.

The small Sky dish as used in London will work here till it rains. Same as with Lidl camping dish.

The Lidl system only worth it if you want a camping system (12V receiver). Otherwise a bigger dish etc better for at home
