What's the American pie phrase?

Okay I was having a conversation with another boardsie earlier about the phrase sh1t-brick (ála American Pie Fame). Now she tried to point out that it was in fact sh1t-break.

IMO it sounds completely stupid and I think people are misinterpreting Stiffler's american accent on the word brick so it sounds like break.

I'm just wondering what you think Stiffler said??

I know this is a bit pointless but it's to settle an argument and for major face-rubbing !!!
