Is there a resource similar to the 'HERO/RAE' UK ranking system (http://www.hero.ac.uk/rae/) which gives a rating to the research facilities broken down by institute / department for Ireland? For example, how does PhD comp sci research at Limerick compare to ITT. Are there any online ranking tables which shows this?
