itunes probelm

    Hello,
    I tried to install itunes on my friends computer for his new ipod but after installing the programme when i double click on the itunes icon on the desktop or the programme list nothing happens.

    I tried removing and reinstalling and installing with the anti virus programme disabled but it still will not work, anybody any ideas how to get it running?

    You should check out Apple's iTunes trouble-shooting section for some tips.

    But I assume you are logged on as an admin,
    Have the latest version of windows installer present,
    The system is spyware & virus clean,
    Downloaded the latest version of iTunes.
