New Laptop

ok, so i'm looking for a laptop to replace my desktop for a few months while i'm in america for the summer, and i came across a few decent looking ones on ebay. now, i don't know much about laptops, so i was hoping you could tell me if they are any good. basically i want a decent laptop, that can play world of warcraft, and some other games (battlefield, css etc...)

the last one seems like a good one, since its got a better graphics card, and i'd be using it mainlt for games.

one thing...what are the new Dual Core processors like? compared to say the pentium M?

and i thought refurbished meant items that were returned or unwanted, but this says brand new, and in box...

refurbished means that it is an old computer that has been tested and had old parts replaced etc. This guy on eBay is saying thats its not a refurbished machine(like a lot of the others on eBay), hes saying that its brand new as opposed to refurbished

ok, as i'm a little wary of spending alot of money on ebay, i checked out the official dell site, and with the current 22% off certain notebooks, i came up with this...

so, is this any good, and will it play world of warcraft decently?

yeah, that seems like a grand machine. In regards to world of war craft you'd really have to have a look at the games box and check out the specs, but in general for gameplaying, the more ram the better.

I've an Apple Macbook Pro with a 2.0Ghz core Duo, and the processor is a dinger. My machine loads in less that 15 seconds, and it can easily handle Doom3 on high quality with no slowdown.

As for the pentium M I don't know, sorry!
