I am looking to set up a savings acct, initially put in 5k and then a further 1k a month. This could potentially increase in the short term.

I am looking to within 2 1/2-3 yrs to have a sizeable deposit in order to purchase with my brother who will be doing the same saving.

My question is, where is best to leave my funds whilst saving. I have seen rabodirect do 3.3% interest on savings and that seems to be the best around. Is there anywhere else that will do a better deal or any insider secrets that you guys can give with regards to maximising my savings potential?
