    Which burns more calories walking briskly with incline on a treadmill, cycling bike at medium level or rowing with top setting.

    id say rowing. its a killer but very good for you.
    i wouldnt start off rowing on top settings though.

    depends on bodyweight for treadmill and speed and incline%. but most likely that.. The heavier you are the more kcals are burnt walking cos you carry your weight. not so in rowing cycling so much though even if the rowing is intense.


    all depends on what 'top setting' is but carrying all your weight in running, walking skiing etc is always more kcal cost. and an incline even moreso
