Missing Digital Camera

    Hi

    I was wondering did anyone find a bag in and around Teddies Field on St Fintans Road in Sutton within the last day or so ? I had my camera kept in a dark green protective camera bag which was kept in a black bag that I had on my back. The bag is black and dark grey in colour with a single strap on the back, designed to go around your chest.

    I left this bag in Teddies field on the early hours of Sunday morning, between 12:30 AM and 1:00AM. If anyone has information as to its whereabouts I would be much appreciative and there is a reward for its safe return.

    I hope you get your camera back but how did you manage to leave it behind at 1 in the morning?

    The drink... I was at a match at Landsdowne that day where my brother was playing for Suttonians against Clonakilty. We went back to the clubhouse and I had a few jars, then after that decided to walk home. I had a rest at teddies field and probably left it there and walked off home.

    Thanks man. Do you think if someone found a digital camera would they keep it ? I think they will to be honest but Im hoping whoever found it is a decent soul.

    Try some Garda stations... they may have left it there. Hope you do find it!

    Fuji Finepix S602z. A nice camera. It's the predecessor to the S7000. Digital SLR like.

    Im very pleased to announce that the camera was found by a lady called Fiona Doland and handed into the nearest Garda Station. Im very lucky to have it recovered. Fair play to her. A hamper is on it's way. Good to know there are good souls about :)

    Hey! Didn't think that someone would actually hand it into a Garda station... but that's just cynical old me :D

    Now do your camera justice and go out and take some brilliant shots!

    I have a great shot on it of my brother doing a lineout during the 3rd division aib all ireland league final Suttonian VS Clonakilty. Its a great shot people tell me so if it's still there please god ill put it up here. :)

    I can definitely recommend not mixing pints and cameras too much of a risk!!
