iPod Nano...Help.

    Came home to find my brand new iPod Nano eat to shreads by my puppy. All earphone wires, the charger wire and the Nano all ruined. The screen on it is all black and basically fcuked.

    Question: Can my warranty save me here?
    Could I say it fell. I'm sure the teeth marks can pass as dents from a fall.

    Also, where do I send it back to, cause I'm gonna send it regardless if it is covered or not under warranty cause it's totally worthless now.


    Btw, don't get me started on the puppy. He eat my laptop charger [€50]. Charger wire for the cordless phone [€50] and now this. :rolleyes: But he's still sh!t cool :D

    You could say it fell if you like, but the warranty wouldn't cover a fall.

    Bring it back to wherever you bought it.

    I won an ipod nano in november and it is giving me loads of trouble. It eitehr freezes or won't switch off or at the moment it charge up and it won't play in my speaker system. Can anyone help on this please?

    Don't follow exactly what you mean about using with a speaker system but the first step when having problems with iPods is just to do a reset. See apple site for a guide:
