    14:47 Pain...
Just awoke after the kind of night only Saigon can produce. This is the definition of pain. Tonight I hope to do the same. Sucker for it.

Ahh its not all that great! You can see what I make of Jakarta here. http://www.biggreenbag.com/ I spend most of my time, working, looking out the window or going to bizare malls.

To be honest, I'm probably not reeeeeally trying hard enough. ;)

    Saigon sounds fun though!

    Cool trip! Keep posting us.

Will you be visiting Singapore? If so, make sure you have no chewing gum with you. They have banned it and get very upset in customs.

I was there before, my friend and I snuck in some gum and chewed it in out Hostel room for sheer divelment. The funnies thign was teh hostel has a big sign in reception saying

"Welcome to Singapore, all trouble maker and undesirable will be handed over to police without notice."

    which was nice.

They warned us that someone got caned as punishment for chewing in public. So we did not chance it.

At this hour, I'm wondering why someone starts one of these threads every single weekend, thinking they're the first and that other people care.

    really?

    every country should consider this

Chewing gum law was revoked a while back.
Singapore is a giant repressive ultra clean Liffey Valley shopping centre. I like their 24 hour cinemas though.

Saigon is dirty, overcrowded, and great fun. Its completely mental.

Just to depress all the students even further: you still have to study after your finals. I'm studying for an interview tomorrow and it's funny how much I've forgotten since I finished at UCC last year.

Currently procrastinating. Studying for finals sucks. :(
