AIB announce plans to launch "200%" Mortgage.

    Mortgage & Deposit not enough in this day and age.

    Following rival products like PTSB's "free fees" & BOI's "100% mortgage" AIB have decided to go all out with their mortgage package.

    "When you think about it, people concerned about saving E12 per quarter in banking fees really aren't worth the time of day" commented AIB Head of PR

    "With Mortgages on the other hand people who can afford them just don't seem to bother and throw their money away on rent, and that's where we come in."

    The AIB 200% Mortgage will include your deposit, mortgage & enough extra funds to guarantee a nice trophy wife. Interest rates will be the same as the currrent 100% mortgage rates but your soul will be required.

    "Everyone knows when you take out a mortgage you're effectively selling your soul. By making it official we can stamp TSB into the ground again"
