Does MSN have a size limit on files?

Burn it to CD and hand it to him the next time you see him. Easiest option.

Pick up one of them keychain usb drives (i think you can get them up to 1gb, maybe more), i dont think they are very expensive but save me alot of time. Try gmail too maybe?

    Nah I tried that... 10Mb limit :(

I'd say usb key is your best bet. I'm looking to buy a gig one atm.

Keep an eye out for shop4memory.ie special offers - I got a 2gb usb key for €60 a few weeks ago from them.

For the OP - get a free ftp server app (such as Filezilla) and use DynDNS to get a dynamic domain name for your pc. Your friend can then connect to your ftp server and download the file himeself.

[edit]Actually an easier way would be for both of you to get on IRC and just transfer the file. Or else use MSN Messenger to send him the file.

most efficent thing to do would be to create a torrent for it using utorrent and email him the .torrent file and just leave your pc on for about 4 hours or thereabouts. easy stuff

Actually your best be is Send Link. It creates a link from a folder/file your pc to another pc by generating a url. Its the best option, i use this quite a bit for grabbing files from my apartment pc to my pc in my house.
