Only heard about these the other day and I'm thinking about buying some. Anyone here been using them? Are they really as good as what I've read so far on the net, which has all been really positive but also mainly on sites that are selling them?

They're extremely high in Vitamin C.. so much so, they may give you diarrhea especially in their dried form after any other foods.

    I stick to fresh berries.
Blueberries being my favourite for eye & overall health. There's good Organic strawberries available in markets & organic shops at the moment too. Much sweeter than regular & I would think, much better nutritionally.
