    i was out of the country when this hit the media in october last
    wat went wrong
    wat wsa all the fuss about
    i mean wat called the system to be such a failure?
    And how does the likes of this happen?

    Is he not talking about the PPARS system?

    Not sure why that was a failure, but I remember talking about it in our Systems Analysis class

    Ah PPARS wasnt a total failure. They talk about all the cash down the swanney but that doesnt seem to take into account alot of departments with ****e old pc's either got upgrades or new machines that they needed.
