Name your fav Instructors

So we all seem to attend some kind of gym weather it be in Dublin or outside, so I say we name and praise out fav instructors to see if anyone agrees.
I'll start, my fav is my versa train instructor in total fitness, she's holds the class on a Monday evening, don't know her name, must find out actually....Your go!

Haha, actually never thought of that. Sorry if it came across that way, defo not the case however, just trying to know who people think are good and who should be sacked from the high heavens..haha

I dont think it makes a difference as you pay per session anyway...

For most people into fitness, fitness instructors dont even enter the equation, nevermind whether they are good or not! :yawn

And theres some foreign beast in that gym who used to be in Dundrum gym whose an instructor and she is horrific.

That gym has quite a few very good instructors - at least they did when i was there over a year ago. I remember they were all very helpful and gave me good advice when i first started training a couple of years ago.
