I ordered two Bon Jovi tickets for my sister on the day they went on sale last October and still haven't received them yet. This is a bit odd as later I ordered Radiohead tickets and they were posted to me (same delivery address) within a week or two.

Ticketmaster's confirmation states "Tickets will be despatched as soon as possible, but may not be received until 7-10 days before the event. Please do not contact us unless you have not received your tickets within 7 days of the event", but it just seems an inordinantly long time to be waiting for tickets (as well as the fact that my sister is driving me mad asking about them).

Anyone else waiting for their's or should I just get on to Tickermaster anyway?
