    Hi lads,

    I dont know if this is the right place for this anyway....
    I am using Xsnes9x to play Snes games on the xbox. The thing is I cant save progress on certain games. I went through the internet for about 30 mins and I cant find waht version is the most recent one i.e what si the most recent release of Xsnes9X.
    Can anybody help??

    hey dude,
    Xsnes9x latest version is a WIP (work in progress) version 1.42 dated sometime in 2004 so no improvements are likely to be made.

    Keep an eye on Zsnesxbox: http://forums.xbox-scene.com/index.php?showtopic=506924

    ...as it is currently being ported to the xbox from the PC version of Zsnes and therefore any problems you have you can contact the author if needs be. There are limitations with this version as of yet (something about only being able to play interleaved ROMs or something) but in time it should be better.

    Oh yeah, in case you're wondering where I got this info just check out the www.xbox-scene.com forums under emulators, traditionally the home of homebrew for xbox.
