Rakeback on Betfair

Sorry if this is old news to most of you but after seeing Betfair were offering a rakeback deal to NEW customers only I sent off a stinging email over the weekend citing customer loyalty etc etc. Today I got a phone call to tell me that Betfair were happy to offer me the same deal. When I asked why this wasn't advertised the guy more or less said that they didn't want to give it to established customers but were giving in to those who contacted them about it! Any of you who have an account with them but no rakeback deal should do the same. This probably applies to all other rooms too I would imagine.

    How new is new?

I set it up last week, I'm earning poker points, but they don't seem to be worth much. Is that the extent of the rakeback?

What are the Betfair Points for? I rarely play on Betfair Poker but have over 200 points. Can I do anything with them?

As far as I can see, you can use 200 to pay $1 of a reg fee for a tournament.

I used the 200 betfair points to enter into a tournie. I'm registered with Pigsback since 2001 but haven't been on there in a long time. Can you give me a link to this Pigback/Betfair exchange thing?

just got disconnected in one of their stts heads up chip leader, arrived back in time to watch me lose an all-in with 46o, I'm guessing they've no all-in protection of any sort?

Odd tho, my other two games on betfair weren't affected.
