    havent used outlook before and want to forward all mails from one outlook account to another also how do you move old emails that you wanna hold onto from the mail server account to a local harddrive?

    Under Outlook create a Personal Folder, take note of the file name it will use (*.PST) and the location. Move (Or copy) your old mails to the personal folder in Outlook. The PST file will hold everything you put in there so back it up or move it/whatever you want to do with your mails.
