Get rid of ImToo DVD Ripper...pure sh!t.

Get GordianKnot and I'll send you a detailed step by step guide if your interested.

just get autogk (auto gordian knot - saves you the hassle of messing around with all the different settings), its easy as pie

If free and legal so dont be scared.

    The illustrated guide as promised:
    http://www.megaupload.com/?d=5J4G5VNF

Follow the guide....it'll probable take a couple of attempts before it work well for you but its FAR better than that ImToo muck.

If I were you I'd use Xvid as its also free....but better still IMHO gives a better output than Divx!

    Thx folks,
I have used AGK before and will return to it.
I thought that Imtoo was quicker but whats time compared to incomplete movies.

Q - as above - will an Xvid play off a hd on a media centre and what does it use to play - MS Media player ??

    thx

Yeah MS media player will play it. Along with power DVD or most DVD playing apps.

Personally I use DR Divx for DVD-->Divx.
