Saw an ad for this earlier http://www.irishweightlosssurgery.com , and I'm just wondering if anyone has any experience of this kind of surgery. My aunt is extremely overweight (mid 40's) and she has tried everything in the book. Love some opinions, I've searched other forums, but they all seem to be American:)

They all work by making the stomach smaller thus restricting the amount of food you can eat. If she's that badly overweight why not get her to do lipotrim much less invasive.
