Gotta look for a part time job this week for the summer months starting asap. Just wondering if any of yea had any suggestions as to where to look ? Maybe somewhere you worked in the past that wasnt absolutely horrible ? :)

Im a student and need some cash for the summer, obviously were looking at minimum wage or there abouts and thats fine. Im in D15 but dont mind traveling to and from the city centre. I would be open to working any hours monday-friday.

Any ideas, suggestions or thoughts before I start handing out CVs everywhere ?

if your looking for a handy number thats more than minimum wage get it touch with these guys -
    http://www.lansdownemarketresearch.ie/cati.html

the centre is on jervis street [above mcdonalds]
you call up customers and survey them on stuff.

i worked there about 3 years ago,
we were mainly calling people whod recently signed up for boi365 and asking them how they felt about it.

the atmosphere was great - lots of pubs nearby ;)
    v. flexible hours and decent money

cant find a number for them but im sure it wouldbnt be too hard to find.

    no quals. needed.

i did it while i was "between" jobs ; )
the majorit of people are young / studenty types who pretty much come and go as they please.

its a while since i was there so cant guarantee its still as it was,
the centre is still there anyway so if it sounds like youd like it,
then it would worth a try.

Their online application is terrible. End up using outlook which I don't have set up.

i cant comment on the online stuff,
when i started there i just called up and left my details.
thye rang me back the next day for a phone interview.

basically i read out a bit from the herald,
they said i sounded good on the phone and asked me when id like to start.

if you want to give it a try , call them and go for it :)
