    Hi There,

    Have tried doing the following:

    Internet Options - Clear History
    and
Internet Options - deleted cookies and files in temporary internet folder

Can anyone help please and I have a link to a site that I don't want to be seen that I accessed it?
    Help really appreciated!

That should completely clear it, you have to close IE and restart it for it to kick in.

It will remove history records and auto type fill in in the address bar.

Sounds like autocomplete is your problem:

    Tools\internet options
    Content tab
    autocomplete button
    Click clear forms
    Click clear passwords

While you are there you can tell it not to keep a record of previously typed addresses.

    Doesn't work

Its when I click the down arrow on the address bar, it shows up links to general stuff like my pictures, recently accessed files - but then a link to google and stuff I don't want to see again

Any other options I could take?
