button's stack size and your stack size? TPTk looks likely.

Raise alot more pf [ie,15 or so] or check most limpers arent folding to a 4 bb raise when they will be playing in position

Lead for more on the flop [23-27]

When a calling station starts raising its always cause for concern. The fact you underbet the pot here doesnt help so I would either call and check fold the turn if he fires hard or fold now

    Stacks 250+ each

Agree with Valor, with 5 limpers a bigger raise preflop is needed of about 15+

Its basically an unraised pot so 22/33 are very playable here, have to assume 88 would have came in for a raise

Not a bad flop for 99 though, have you played with Villan much, is his min raise to find out if his TP is good?? Ill probably make it 80 to play here after his reraise.

Its a strange way to play his set if he has one.

If he pushes ill probably follow him

EDIT: just seen you say he overbets his TP....ahhh this stinks of a monster when a player starts makin such weak min raise to his usual overbets...hmmm it'd be somelay down but against such a change in his bettin pattern a fold could be found unless you have him noted as a tricky player who mixes up his play

What does this mean? Does it mean he bets too much with those hands, or that he calls too much with those hands?

good point, i agree here, although as bp said if hes changin his usual betting patterns then it could be a cause for concern...

He has been betting out with a FD > than pot

he has been betting out TPGk > than pot

I have seen him re-raise KK all in for 80 with 44 pre
His stack has been up and down like a yo yo I believe on button he raises any PP so i would discount set but min raise is throwing me slightly

This is not a calling station..in fact it is pretty much the opposite of a calling station

he is also a calling station

He called bets pre flop turn to lay down on river several times
and once he re-raised all in with a runner runner bottom str8 draw

He sounds more like an aggressive lag to me to be honest which changes the hand quite a bit..I would probably still call and evaluate on the turn based on the card and action

OK I pushed (prob wrong )

    Putting incorrectly his range as A2 A3 A8 A4 A5
he called with 23 and it stood up

    I would not have pushed.

I thought he had a set and was going to say call and check fold any turn card, and also raise more preflop and bet more on the flop. But now I can't tell what your read of him actually was.
