    Looking for advice. 5 years ago the bonus part of our wages was reduced without any consultation. Just taken! Eventually the LRC intervened and everthing was back to normal. That was sorted 2 years ago. Recently exactly the samething happened. Big reduction nothing in writting. SIPTU are dragging their feet. Suggestions on how to deal with this situation. :mad:

    It's a bonus. Is it written into your contract? Because if not, I'd imagine you've no real case.
