    Im not too familiar with wordpress, but have you got the latest one?
    Catagory posts should update as you post.
    The rss type sidebar could either be a wordpress plugin or clouds good coding work.
    Best bet is to send off a polite PM to Cloud asking him, Im sure he will be more than willing to help. ;)

    Just to update on this for SM666

    The function cloud uses is actually a theme for WP by the guys who made wordpress's standard theme.

    If you have your own WP blog setup, you can download the K2 theme from here
    http://binarybonsai.com/wordpress/k2/
    and it will add the functionality.
